crowd control tactic no. 24...

went to a "water garden" today to look for a large rock that could be used for a fountain in the backyard and saw this sign in front of the cashier:

UNATTENDED CHILDREN WILL BE GIVEN AN EXPRESSO AND A FREE PUPPY.
